Hi I am interested in 48V / 52V 1500W rear spoke hub motor – electric bike motor – Spline Cassette.Please can you tell me if this is the fastest 1500 you sell.I would like this in a 26 inch MTX rim if possible.
 
I require high speed over torque as I am not a heavy rider. This must be laced to a very high standard and run true.
 
Will this take a 9 speed cassette. Can you declare low value so I get no customs charge
 
I want thus shipping to UK as soon as possible.

Please can you use the temp sensor that is compatible with the cycle analyst v3
When will this item ship and how long to reach UK.
I am ready to make the order please tell me how to make the order.

We don’t have the cycle analyst v3 
So we are not sure.

NTC -10K
 
Many of our customers use KTY 84-130 or NTC-10K to compatible with the cycle analyst v3
 
This motor takes about 1-2 days to make.

Q: I will be purchasing the your BMX 1500W rear hub motor kit. Before I go ahead could you please help with the following information.

1. What is the expected delivery time to the UK with the current covid 19 pandemic in the UK in terms courier entry to the UK?

2. What amp battery would I require?

3. Would my Saracen amplitude (steel frame) need re-enforcing to handle the power? ……In your opinion as I understand this is a difficult question to answer. 

A: 1. about 10 days now. (It’s faster than last month)
2. 40amp or 50amp battery
3. if install hub motor on frame very strong,very well..No looseness — No problem (We will make wheel works in the line. Shake is less than 0.5mm from left & right.. shake is less than 1mm from up to down)

Q: Okay well my best option is to purchase a customized battery from you, as you best know the requirements for the kit you sold me…..

1b. This battery is designed to attach to the Bottle holder screws I believe? As it’s being attached to the Top Bar of the BMX (under the riders knees) laying from back to front of bike,  A BMX does not have these bottle holder screws.
 
Do you sell a bracket that I can use to attach the battery without using Bottle holder screws? 

Or know if possible to add those type of screws to the frame of my BMX?

2. Also my precious kit purchase added around £150 for important fees…..
Will this battery have added import fees? —as not added until final till checkout on site. 

3. Do you sell a Torque arm that is compatible with my BMX hub because I want to further secure the wheel hub to the frame? 

4. Could you offer my any additional discount? on battery and (Torque arm + battery bracket if you can supply) as offering repeat business associated with Hub purchase.

20 inch 48v 52v front hub motor diy bike conversion kits question

Q: Hello! I have been viewing your various 20″ 48v/52v front hub motor diy bike conversion kits and I have a couple of questions.

1) Is there a way to install a disc brake rotor somehow next to the hub motor and still function properly? If so, can you tell me maximum rotor size allowed for these kits?

2) What type of battery would you recommend for a 48v/52v front hub motor kit like this?

A: 1.) Can install a disk on this 20 inch 1000w or 1500w front hub motor… but the front dropout should be 105mm or 110mm..
    Standard front dropout is about 100mm..

So if the dropout can’t be larger, can’t use disk on front motor.

2.) We recommend 52v 20ah lithium battery.

A: We installed max 160mm

Below picture. 
The dia. of two holes for disk is 44m…
If your 180mm 203mm,  aslo 44mm… You can install 180mm, 203mm disk

I forgot to ask you one last thing before making a final decision on a front hub motor kit. I know you said you are not able to ship the recommended 52v 20ah battery to Japan, but can you recommend a charger to go with this type of battery? Thank you again for all of your help and assistance. 

I just noticed the charger that comes with the 52v 20ah li battery, so I can look for battery/charger here in Japan. But, do you have in stock just the frame bag for holding this type of battery?

Q: Good evening. I was referred to your shop from someone on a forum, and I’m hoping you can help me. I’m looking to convert my Trail 8 bike to a rear-wheel electric. I have very little understanding of mechanics, bike parts, and measurements so finding a kit that is the right size for my bike has been very difficult. I am confident that I can install the kit if I have the right one. If you don’t mind could you please have a look at my bike’s specifications and tell me which specific kit will fit my bike? I’m very motivated to purchase one. Thank you! 

A: Not sure it’s 27.5″ or 29 inch? (27.5 inch rim is smaller than 29 inch rim)

If tire size is 29 x 2.25″ — All of our 29 inch hub motor kits are fit for this tire.

How to choose bike conversion kit?
1. Check tire size, there is some words on tire (from picture,we can’t find tire size)
For example: if there is  29 x 2.25″

29 inch wheel size, 2.25″ is tire width…
All of our 29 inch hub motor fit for this 29 x 2.25″ tire

2. check front or rear fork width
For example: the dropout of this bike is 135mm (can’t find this info on your link)
All of our rear hub motor kits with max 7 speed fit for this 135mm rear dropout
(If you hope install 8 speed,9 speed.. the dropout should be a little larger than 135mm, if fork dropout can be a little large, to be 140mm, install 8 speed,9 speed on our rear hub motor is no problem)

Generally just 1 & 2 both fit for.. mount this hub motor kit to your bike is no problem.

(Nearly all of this kind bike’s rear dropout is 135mm or a little larger.. install is no problem)

21 speed is okay.
Front is 3 speed, rear is 7 speed..

Our 29 inch rear hub motor with 7 speed is fit for standard 135mm dropout.

(Some bike rear has 8 speed or 9 speed..)

Q: Ah okay I think I get it now. Sorry for my questions this is out of my knowledge area. I’ll make sure on that fork size tomorrow and check with my bike shop if they think the dropouts are sturdy enough. Just a couple more questions – do you have a 48V battery recommendation?
