Interested In Buy This Hub Motor

Q: I am very happy in viewing your electric bike rear direct drive with
26 inch hub motor wheel item ID # LBM26481500RN. My e-bike setup is 60 volts. Do you
manufacture 26×2.0 inch wheel with 60 volts 1500W rear direct drive
hub motors?
Secondly, also can you fit the bike motor in a fully BLACK rim without any
silver around the rim so it can match with my front wheel because I
use hydraulic disc brakes?
If there is anything that you need to ask me that I am missing, please
feel free to ask, that the purchase moves smoothly and correctly.

A: This 26 inch 48V 1500W rear hub motor wheel can work at 60V.Also,we can spoke this hub motor with all black color rim.

Q: Just a few more questions before I buy, because everything needs to be correct.
Can this bike motor fit any size frame bike?
Is it suitable for regenerative braking?
Does it have three phase hall sensors?
Can it fit 8 gear cogs? Which I am using at the moment with my old motor.
Please tell me the total length of the motor axle from end to end
because I’m using a rear rack ?

A: This 26 inch bike motor is fit for 135mm rear dropout. If your motor controller with regenerative braking function, will have it. It’s three phase with three hall sensors. One cable with 9 wires: heavy yellow, heavy blue, heavy green wires are motor phase wires. Thin red +5V, thin black / GND. Thin yellow, blue & green three wires are connected to three hall sensor.
It can fit for max 7 speed for 135mm dropout. If your frame can be larger, about 140mm,install 8 speed on this rear hub motor is no problem.
Total length of this shaft is 210mm.

question about one of your front hub motor for my electric bike

Q: I am interested in the 20 inch 48V 1000W hub motor electric bike kit – front wheel but I need to know what the front dropout size this hub motor wheel will fit. I have a small folding bike that has a front dropout of 74mm and need a 20 inch hub motorized wheel that can fit it. Any help you can give me would be great.

A: One of our 20 inch 48v 1000w hub motor (all black color bike motor) is fit for the spacing of 100mm front dropout.
The other 20 inch electric bike motor 48v 1000w (black color with silver motor) is fit for the spacing of 90mm front dropout.

Q: Do you have anything that can fit a 74-80mm dropout? It does not have to be 1000w. I am now looking for a 36v 250w electric hub motor kit?

A: Generally nearly all standard front fork is 100mm dropout. So all of our front electric hub motors are fit for 90-100mm.

Does your front fork is 80mm dropout?
Sometimes, when your wheel is on the bike,if you measure it the dropout may 80mm, because of two side screw nuts are be tighten. If you remove this front wheel from front fork, the dropout may be bigger, actual it also standard 100mm dropout.

Could you take a picture with your bike?

missing thread of hub motor shaft

It took a little work since spacing was tight, but I get the hub motor wheel inside of my forks. When I went to put the nuts on the axle, I saw that the bolt on the wired side is cracked. It is missing almost all of its thread which means I cannot but the nut on to hold the wheel in place. Essentially, I cannot use it at all. Please see the picture of the cracked bolt.

I was wondering if you know how I am able to repair this hub motor ‘s shaft or if I can somehow get some help on this? I spent a lot to get it all here and it is a little upsetting that a small chip is preventing me from using it at all. I’m not asking for a whole new electric hub motor wheel to be sent, just hoping I can get this bike conversion kit up and hub motor running. Please advise.

If possible, add some washers, then can solve it.

Do it as below:
Disconnect that white big plug, then can take off screw nut and add some washers into.
*. Look for a pin
*. There are five wires in this white big plug
*. Press each wire’ s pin, then the pin will out of white big plug.

I had thought I got bike conversion kit to work but there just is not enough room to to secure the nut properly. Please let me know what will be the best way to have this resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience on this.

Add washer or torque arm or lock washer.

electric hub motor power cut out and nothing powers up

Did you ride it or never ride your electric bike?
1. If never ride, please check if has “-O-“ on the top/middle of LCD screen.. if have, just make brake levers be back or disconnect brake lever’s plug.. then “-O-“ will off, throttle will work.
2. If have ridden 1-2 times, suddenly hub motor Not work.. please smell electric bike motor controller,if has smell from electric bike motor controller.

3. Also, disconnect throttle, brake lever’s plugs from electric motor controller, always press “down” button from LCD, if LCD screen display a “walk person”, aslo hub motor works as walk speed.

This may have helped a little since the hub motor wheel is spinning smooth again, but the unit will still not turn on. Twisting the throttle still does not spin the wheel and the LCD screen still does not power on.

I saw that you left a post on your website about using a volt meter to test the electric bike battery, hub motor, and bike motor controller. I can use mine to test these to help see where the issue might be.

I have not rode it, but the LCD and hub motor only ever turned on once. As soon as I spun the throttle, everything shut off. The LCD does not turn on at all.

I think I sent this video before which shows the wheel slightly spinning, then it just stops. It has not turned.

But right before I did this, the hub motor wheel did spin for a longer time, but the bike motor wheel did not spin smoothly. Then when I tried to show you what was happening in the video, all of the power cut out and nothing powers up.

I used the voltmeter and connected it to the black and red wire from the battery, it says 53V as expected.

Question about 26 inch 36v 750w rear hub motor – bike conversion kit

Question about 26 inch 36v 750w rear hub motor bike conversion kit
1. Is the 750 watt hub motor good bike conversion kit for hill climbing? If not what would you recommend?
2. Is the electric bike motor controller current limit set to keep from burning out the hub motor when loaded?
3. I see the hub motor spec sheet is quite old 2013. Is there an up to date one?
4. What is the full old current of the motor at rated N-M load or torque?
5. Any service places for your parts in the US?
6. What size electric bike battery is recommended for your motor and controller? 36v 15ah?

1.We can make hub motor with low speed, will good for hill up.
2.Hub motor controller max 26A,so that electric bike motor max 26A
3,4.Only tell us max speed,we can customize motor…lower speed, stronger torque
5.no service place now
6.recommend 36v 15ah or more ah

Yes, I would like a lower rpm hub motor for hill up if the cost of the bike conversion kit does not change. Maybe 25 mile hour max speed flat ground or about 311 RPM. What would you recommend? What do you have that is close to that?
I need to order shortly to not miss the special on shipping that is coming to an end on Dec 28th.

Yes.We have.
When you order, only leave message: 25mph or about 311 RPM.
Then we can make this hub motor as your message.

Would it be possible to get the hub motor data for this different motor like you have on your other motors? I really like that data as I can see what the electric bike motor is capable of.

I don’t understand this phrase “Mechanical brake: Default Disk or V (If need to install drum brake, please tell us in advance)

I have not heard of drum brakes on a bicycle. I don’t have disk brakes right now but would prefer the motor be capable of adding that even though I have V brakes on the bike right now. So what should I ask for?

I forgot to add that I don’t want a geared 26 inch electric bike motor wheel. the gears are plastic and won’t last long on the hills. I hope that does not cause a problem.

question about 18 inch rear hub motor

Regarding your product 18 inch rear dc hub motor for electric scooter Model:HBL-18″R 36V 750W / 48V 1000W
Is says in product details that “This rear hub motor can be mounted disk brake that is fit for standard 135mm frame fork”
My electric scooter motor fork size is measured to be around 177mm, please see attached picture. Can this hub motor be mounted on to my frame, or is the size incorrect?

This kind of 18 inch hub motor isn’t fit for you.
Our other Motorcycle motor or snow fat bike motor are fit for your the spacing of 177mm fork.
Please tell us your tire size.(There is some words on tire)
Then we will check if have hub motor fit for you.

My current electric scooter motor hub wheel fits a tire size of 18″ by 2.5″ (or 3″)
My battery is currently 48v and the bike motor controller outputs about 22-23 amps max. I’m trying to find a 1000 watt hub motor that can potentially reach a speed of 42-50 km/h if possible.

I am interested in buying your electric hub motor.
Here is a picture below of my current disk brakes- will these be able to fit on your hub motor?
Also what would the cost be for just the hub motor? I don’t need all the extra accessories or controller included with the conversion kit.

12 inch 48v hub motor for electric scooter

We are interested in your 12 inch hub motor kit.
What is the max speed available for this 12 inch electric scooter motor. I can use a low speed hub motor on the back and a high speed motor on the front to compensate for the torque at low speeds.

If last time faster speed hub motor is okay.We can make this electric scooter motor to be faster.(about 20 – 30% faster)

I recently put in an order for two rear hub motors similar to what I have ordered in the past.

Can you make the hub motor fit a standard front fork?

Yes,if not install disk brake on this front motor.
We can make it with the same covers. And hub motor will in the center.
But it will takes about 7 days to customize shaft.
It’s fit for standard 100mm front fork. (90mm fork is also okay)

This front 12 inch hub motor only use V-braking system.
We should check if has correct shaft for this motor in stock. If no,it takes about 7 days to customize this shaft.

2. would you faster than past ?

I am looking to order more hub motors and would like get updated pricing.
Do you still have the information from past orders?

Yes. We still have 12 inch hub motor.
But we found your order is different from standard motor.
Could you take a picture with your 12 inch motor, front or rear ?
What max speed on 36v or 48v?

Purchase electric bike motor for Supermarche Ebike

I a planning to buy a yuba supermarche here in spain.. It costs 2500 euros.. but with the e-bike system goes up to 5800 total!
How can it be possible that I see one electric bike motor in your website so strong and so cheap compared?

If you can help me with the best setup for my needs I will buy electric bike motor from you:

I would like to be able to ride to the town with stores and buy stuff and come back. The town is 16 km far away going down.. my place is at 250 altitude and the town is at 100 altitude,so i will be going down to the store empty and going back with all the stuff.
I don’t want to feel that i can’t use the bike to its maximum.. so I want a good electric bike motor.
(even dual electric bike motors if possible) and good battery.
So i don’t have to worry about not being able to bring whatever I want to bring.. considering the max 150kg of the electric bike.

We recommend our 48v 1500w electric bike motors with 48v 20ah lithium battery.
About the electric bike motor speed,we can make it with low speed & large torque.

How Long I could ride with that and how fast? could be possible adding another electric bike motor to improve speed at certain moments without loosing torque? How much Would it cost me these 2 options?

About 40km per charge. One 75kg rider ride it last 40km per charge.I mean one 50Kg rider carrying 75Kg of stuff.

Problem with PAS

The reason I did not use your PAS was.I don’t have the tool to remove the crank arm. This one I used installs with out removing the crank arm. Yours is a small ring and would be hard to get the sensor close to the magnet disk. The aluminum ring would not fit my crank anyway, too large. My bike is a 1980 vintage Schwinn.

I am a retired electrical engineer,so I took some pictures for you on an oscilloscpe and meter I own. The signal makes it to the controller because I made the connections at the controller connector.

Image 281 shows that there is 4.2 volts on the red and black wire, which is about right. Image 289 shows the PAS sensor and pickup for it mounted on the bike. The distance between the magnets and the pickup is not critical as I tried several different distances. Image 287 is a picture of the signal making it to the controller as the crank is turned. The upper trace is the 4.2 volts on the red and black wire. The lower trace is the signal to the controller.

I notice that the signal is relatively low only 1/2 volt tall.

I solved the problem. I tried your sensor with the magnet wheel already on my bike. Hub motor works as it should. The pick up with the LED does not put out a strong enough signal for the controller. Yours does, as long as it is close to the magnets. The hub motor are controller are good. Thanks for the help.

The oscilloscope waveform was the only way to tell what was bad. Your waveform goes from and to + voltage as it should .

What does the tool look like for the spokes? The hub motor wheel is a little out of round. Some of the spokes are not seated in their hole on the hub motor so that may be the issue.

question about BLW-20B 20 inch electric hub motor

Your E-bike company may just be what I’ve been looking for a while now, though I have a least another set of questions before I attempt to make a purchase to ship over.

I am working on spec-ing out some parts for an electric-vehicle project. I am hoping to build it soon, but I need some information about the hub motor model:BLW-20B. Please see my questions below:
The power rating on the electric bike motor says 1500~5000W. Does this mean there is a range of options I can specify? Does this mean this hub motor will function on this whole spectrum and my electric bike motor controller will determine what the actual power load is?

Is there a product manual for this piece of equipment?
The electric bike batteries I am looking at are rated for a 3000W hub motor. Will these be sufficient?
I am looking for a recommendation on the hub motor controller for this electric bike motor. Could you recommend a part?

We can make this 20 inch hub motor to be 48V 1500W, 48V 2000W, 48V 2500W.
Also, this electric bike motor can work at 60V,72V hub motor controller & electric bike battery… If works at 72V, it can reach 5000W

We have this programmable hub motor controller that can fit for this electric bike motor.(This hub motor controller can work 40V ~ 100V)
