Received electric bike kit,but it doesn’t work.How to test this system?
When you put on your li battery,three leds on throttle should light together.If only red led is on,please check your battery.If your battery shows 59 volts and three leds is also on.But when you turn your throttle,only red led is on.The problem is from this EV battery.
Use a voltmeter to measure,supply power to your controller and measure as below:
1.Six-pin hall sensor connector(red,black,green,blue,yellow wires)
..The voltage between red and black wires is about 4.5V;
..The voltage between green and black wires is about 4.5V;(use your hand to turn the wheel,the voltage will change from 4.5V~0V)
..The voltage between blue and black wires is about 0V;(use your hand to turn the wheel,the voltage will change from 0V~4.5V)
..The voltage between yellow and black wires is about 4.5V;(use your hand to turn the wheel,the voltage will change from 4.5V~0V)
2.Three-pin connector to throttle(black,red,green wires)
..The voltage between red and black wires is about 4.5V;
..The voltage between green adn black wires is about 2.3V;
3.Two-pin connector to handle lever(white and black wires)
..The voltage between white and black wires is about 4.5V;
4.Two-pin connector to crusie(brown and black wires)
..The voltage between brown and black wires is about 4.5V;
5.Three-pin black SM connector is used for PAS.
6.1 pcs of purple wire should be connected to the positive of battery(It seems a lock)
7.Two grey wires are used for HALF/FULL speed.
If you can get these data,the system NO Problem.
