I want to purchase 1 set of 250w electric bike kit,but found there are two type 250w hub motors showed on leafmotor’s internet shop.
One motor is 250w gearless hub motor,the other is 250w geared hub motor.
Help…What’s the difference between them?Which e-bike kit should I order?

250w gearless and geared hub motors are the same brushless motors.They are both made up of rotor winding,halls sensor, magnet, hub…
The difference between them is with gears / without gears.
250W geared hub motor is a little more powerful than gearless hub motor,but there is some noise from gears.
