Q: I am looking for support, when it comes to finding the right bike conversion kit:
My requirements are:
E-Motorcycle Maxi (50ccm motorbike, Photo attached):
Total weight (driver 80kg +bike 34kg + battery 48V/20Ah 7kg + hub motor 9kg +controller 1,5 kg): 131,50 kg –> weight of components are just an estimation!
Hub motor must be mounted on a 1,35 x 17″ rim with spokes.
Cont. Wattage of Hub Motor: as high as possible! around 3000 W ideal
max. vehicle speed @ lowest battery voltage (40V) @ 0 climb angle (13 x 3,1V = 40V): 60 km/h
max. climb angle: 8-10 %
max. swing arm dropout: 138 mm
thickest axle diameter: 12 mm (see reference picture)
Battery
Nominal voltage: 48V
Peak Voltage (fully charged): 54,6V
min. Capacity: 20 Ah
Range –> unknown as this will be tested with first kit
Controller must be programmable (V max limit changeable, phase current changeable if possible)
48V system fit to hub motor
A: Thanks for you are interested in our products.
Please below link. These 17 inch bike conversion kits are fit for you.

But this 2000w hub motor is fit for 170mm or 190mm dropout.
Q: I cant use this hub motor as the dropout is too big.
Looking for a hub motor with max 138mm dropout. Whats the strongest you can offer?
Please send me data sheet, test curves and mechanical drawing of the hub motor
A: If need to install sprocket / Chain, max use 1500w motor. If don’t need to install sprocket / Chain, max 2000w motor.
Q: Please send me datasheet, test curves and mechanical drawing of the 1500w hub motor.
